Saxophone talents Kumari M.S. Lavanya & M.S. Subbalaxmi are the daughters of Smt. Girija Sainath and Mridhangam Maestro Sri. M.R. Sainath - Staff Artist, All India Radio, Mangalore. At the age of 15, they started learning Saxophone from "Padmashri" Dr. Kadri Gopalnath. And continued higher training at Chennai where Sri Kadri Gopalnath stayed. Till now they enthralled the Carnatic classical music lovers on various prestigious stages of our country and abroad.
