One of south India's leading choreographer and national award winner kala master entered the film world at the age of 12. While she was in seventh standard she dropped her school education in order to pursue her natural interest in choreography. After working as an assistant choreographer with Raghu master for a brief period, she got a break in Punnagai Mannan. Since then, never looking back, she has choreographed over 3600 songs in various languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Oriya, Bengali, English, Italian and Japanese. She has worked with directors like K. Blachander, Maniratnam, K. S. Ravikumar, Priyadarashan, Fazil, Kamal Hasan and the filmography contains names like 'Roja', 'pudhu pudhu arththangkal', 'vanamee yellai', 'virsaat', 'pranaya varnangkal', 'chandramukhi' and many more...
