 Magician
P M Mithra took birth from the inquisitiveness of sixth standard
schoolboy, Poovelil P M Mathew, who was wonderstruck by the
common tricks performed by a country magician. There are tales
of toil, suffering and sacrifices, hard work, persistence and
sleepless nights before P M Mathew grew into P M Mithra. The
name Mithra is the short-form of 'Mystic Illusions and Terrific
Hallucinations of Real Arts', which he performs. Born at
Melukavumattom, a picturesque village in Kottayam District of
Kerala in south India, as the last of the six children of
Poovelil Mathai and Aleyamma. Mithra was still a schoolboy when
the world of magic caught his attention and straightaway took
the plunge into it, never to look back.....
