‘Endhiran’: Mother of all music launches
When the big daddy of Tamil cinema, Superstar Rajinikanth, is coming out with a film after a gap of two years, then its music launch event should obviously be the mother of all functions. And it was so when the audio of ‘Endhiran’ was launched in Malaysia Saturday evening.

Right from the film’s producer Kalanithi Maran to director Shankar to heroine Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, everyone showered laurels on the Superstar, especially for his simplicity even after touching great heights.

But the one who came in for praise from the top actor is A R Rahman, the Mozart of Madras. Heaping laurels on the music composer, Rajini said, "Rahman might be dressed in modern clothes. But he is actually a siddhar."

Others who had attended the function, which was marked by various cultural programes, were Union Minister Dayanidhi Maran, Rajini’s daughters Aishwarya Dhanush and Soundarya, Vairamuthu, Vivek, Vadivelu, Shriya, Ramya Krishnan, Simbu, ‘Jayam’ Ravi and Vairamuthu’s son Kaarki, who has penned a couple of songs for ‘Endhiran’
