Director General of Police K P Jain released the first copy of the audio CD, while filmmakers Pandiraj (‘Pasanga’), Panneerselvam (‘Renigunta’), Rajesh (‘Siva Manasula Sakthi’), Suseendran (‘Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu’) and Arivazhagan (‘Eeram’) received it.

All the above directors were presented mementoes by ace filmmaker Bharathiraja.
