Trinity College honours Rahman
Accolades and honours faithfully follow A R Rahman wherever he goes. The music maestro has been awarded the Honorary Fellowship from the reputed Trinity College of Music in London.

The official website of Rahman said the award was presented to him by Barry Wordsworth, music director of the Royal Ballet Convent Garden, on December 16, in Greenwich, UK.

He was honoured with the fellowship in recognition of his "distinctive contribution to music and creativity in the arts". Trinity College of Music, incorporated by Trinity Labon, is one of the much respected music institutions in the world.
