Meditating and medicating with music
Sri Ganapathi Sachchidananda Ashram, Velacheri, will present an open-air music concert by Parama Pujya Sri Sri Sri Ganapathi Sachchidananda Swamiji of Avadhoota Datta Peetham, Mysore, for meditation and healing on 27 February.

Announcing this to the media, the ashram's trustee G Jayaraman said the concert is aimed at giving solace, mental peace and tranquility to thousands of people.

"Swamiji would play the music on keyboard producing magnificent sounds and cascading sound waves, which would touch upon thousands of listeners creating unbelievable mental peace, tranquility and body sensation which cannot be defined", added Jayaraman.

His music is not something restricted to religion. It is beyond religion. People, who have mental depression and agony would be cured through his music, pointed Jayaraman.

The music concert would be held on 27 February at Sri Ramachandra Hospital City Centre (Behind Thiruvanmiyur Bus Terminus), Dr Vasudeva Nagar Avenue Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. More details can be had from 22433879.
