Health tips from Chinmayi’s mom
 

Chinmayi and her mom Padmahsini, who is a noted Indologist, took part recently in the prize distribution function of a Deepavali cookery contest conducted by a Chennai-based web portal.

Speaking on the occasion, Padmahsini, along with her daughter, gave some tips to shed fat. “To reduce extra kilos, take five drops of castor oil and spend half-a-day at home. This is effective than visiting gyms,” she said.

“This native method will keep you in good health,” she further said and interacted with the participants about herbs, which are already being used in urban kitchens. “Natural way of cooking is always the best,” she said.
